It is a charming apartment composed of a spacious room overlooking the courtyard, with two comfortable sofa beds each sleeping two and a study/dining area, of a live-in kitchen, a storage room, a shower-room and a vestiaire. The flooring of the living room is in the traditional "cotto", whilst that of the other rooms is in modern ceramic tiles. The apartment is equipped with a safety door, citofono, satellite TV, telephone, washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer, kitchen utensils and complete sets of bed linen and bathroom towels. The apartment has an independent heating system.
